Amit Somani is a venture capitalist and one of the managing partners at Prime VP. Prior to his role as a VC, Amit has held several tech leadership positions at IBM, Google, and MakeMyTrip. Hailing from a tech background, he is known to have a keen eye for Fintechs, SaaS, and B2B startups. Amit and his team at Prime VP have invested in several startups including Synup, OTO, MyGate, EzeTap, HackerEarth, and Sunstone Eduversity amongst others. Amit works closely with entrepreneurs and shares the journey with them in a high-frequency and interactive environment.
