Enhanced Visibility
The startup will get the top row visibility on the Active Fundraising Tab till the syndicate closes. This ensures high visibility for the startup when investors are browsing through the platform. Platform also sends out an alert via Notifications and emails about the running syndicates to the investors. Typically this creates good inbound interest from investors for the startup and those conversations then lead to commitments thereby closing the round.
Commitment-to-Closure (C2C)
C2C is a productized service offered by LetsVenture run by our legal and finance partners.
It takes care of the following :
Legal Closure – All financing documents including Term Sheet, Share Holding Agreement and other closure documents required as per your country regulations.
Due Diligence – Our partners also work with the startup to review their financial and legal documentation and practices. This report is submitted to all the interested investors before a call for monies is issued.
Who can opt for a Featured Syndicate?
Featured Syndicate can be opted by the startup or the investors interested in that startup. There are two situations in which one can qualify for taking a Featured Syndicate :
Lead Investor Driven Featured Syndicate : In this case the startup needs to have a lead investor identified. Typically lead investor sets the valuation of the company and contributes a minimum of 10% of the round. The Featured Syndicate can then be built around the Lead Investor.
Collaborative Featured Syndicate : For round sizes of less than 1 Cr INR (175K USD), a Featured Syndicate can be opened on the platform without a lead investor, provided at least 40%- 50% commitment has already been obtained (preferably from the LetsVenture investors). Featured Syndicate is a paid offering from LetsVenture.
