LetsVenture is organizing the first Angel Summit of India - LetsIgnite. The summit aims to bring together angel investors,VCs and bright entrepreneurs on one platform. It’s going to be a highly curated conference. Span over 2 days, LetsIgnite would witness some of the best roundtables, panel discussions and pitching sessions.
This first-of-its kind summit would take place in the Startup Capital of India - Bangalore on April 21st and April 22nd, 2015.
Why LetsIgnite?
- Angel investing landscape has been seeing a lot of changes lately with new age investors making inroads into startup investing. Today, apart from traditional angels and accelerators, we have HNIs (High net worth individuals) and successful entrepreneurs joining the startup bandwagon. It has become important to analyze the angel investing trends and forecast the future trends. LetsIgnite aims to facilitate that through panel discussions and roundtables with the thought leaders of the Indian and global startup ecosystem.
- It’s a known fact that Angel money plays a crucial role in the early growth of a startup. But most of the times, entrepreneurs don’t get to network with the angel investors’ community. LetsIgnite is a platform that would provide a platform to selected startups to network with 100+ investors.

As a startup, one gets a chance to claim its passport to interact with 100+ Angel investors. To compete for this passport, startups need to apply for LetsIgnite Startup Competition.

Selection Procedure
Round 1:
Startups are required to fill the application form that consists of details like - idea/pitch, traction, team information and generic startup details.
Based on the idea, team strength and implementation capability, top startups would qualify for the next round.
Round 2:
For the Final round, selected startups who are actively fundraising need to provide - an investor deck, financial projections and capital structure. For startups who plan to fund raise in near future need to provide Investor deck only.
The criteria for selection in this round would be - the idea, execution skills and investment readiness.

20 March: Application process closes
25 March: Shortlisted startups list announced
5 April: Finalist startups list announced
21-22 April: LetsIgnite Summit
