At LetsVenture, we are very serious about security and privacy of your Startup profile data. As a founder, you have complete control of who has access to which parts of your profile on LetsVenture. See below for answers to some of the questions in this regard :

At LetsVenture, we are very serious about security and privacy of your Startup profile data. As a founder, you have complete control of who has access to which parts of your profile on LetsVenture. See below for answers to some of the questions in this regard :

1. Who can view my startup profile? We understand the biggest concern of any founder is the confidentiality of their data. By default,  your startup profile has two distinct visibility areas -
2. Anyone can view the Basic profile tabs: Startup video, Team, Hiring, Product, Media, Timing.
3. Only investors on LetsVenture can view the Detailed profile tabs - Founder video, Investor Deck, Customers, Lean Canvas, Financial Tab, LV Corner & Discussion room.

2. How can I restrict access to my startup profile? At any time, you can customize particular tab setting and change its visibility according to your requirement: The most restrictive setting is such that only specific people are allowed access to your Startup Detailed profile tabs.

3. Why is my profile showing up in google search? Basic profile tabs - Startup video, Team, Hiring, Product, Media & Timeline are visible to the general public and search engines by default. However, you can change the privacy setting such that your profile will not show up in google search. Detailed profile which includes critical information such as founder video, investor deck, etc are never visible to search engines.

4. Can I delete my startup profile from the platform? Right now, we haven’t provided the option to delete the startup profile but you can send us a request at support@letsventure.com and we will unpublish your profile. This means that your profile is not visible to anyone except you. Also, this profile will not be made available to Google search in that case.

5. How should I report bugs? We put our efforts continuously to ensure the platform is bug free. We would appreciate if you communicate any bugs to support@letsventure.com.
